Summers over…. a lot has happened we did a lot of racing and I’m tired. Made a lot of new friends while riding and racing bikes all over the north east…. while working 2 jobs and trying not to drive my girl friend crazy.
I went to the beach, I survived the catskills (barley) I fell in love, I did a bunch of dumb crits, I got a new job, I quit an old job, I got to race with a world tour rider, I got dropped by a world tour rider, and ive started to learn to accept that things don’t always work out the way you want them too rather than get angry and frustrated with shit.
Bike racing has been the best thing in the world for me and has had an overwhelming positive effect on the rest of my life keeping me in check from doing dumb shit all the time and as I’m getting ready to wrap up the last few races of my first full season I kinda cant believe how much Ive been able to grow as a result of all this.
